Q. How do I place an order ?
A. After you read the selling terms, simply send me an email and I'll reply with the total price and details on how to pay.

Q. What do you need to know (in the email) if I want to purchase an item ?
A. I need the exact date of the show you want (year/month/day). Also if its a DVD or a CD.

Q. Do you ship Internationally ?
A. Yes, I will send anywhere in the world.

Q. I sent you an email a few days ago but never got an answer back, why is that?
A. Please note I always reply within 48 hours, if you didn't get an answer back, please check your "junk" folder because your email provider might consider my email as "spam".

Q. What means NTSC and PAL in the Video Format section for the DVDs?
A. NTSC and PAL are 2 different types of video formats. NTSC are playable in almost any american DVD players and PAL are playable in Europe DVD players. But that doesnt mean that if you live in america that you wont be able to play PAL DVDs. Some DVD players can play both kinds of DVD formats. Please make sure your DVD player is capable of playing the DVD format of the DVD you'll buy.

Q. What do I get when I buy an item ?
A. You get 1 or 2 CDs or 1 or 2 DVDs depending on the show you order. Every show has their own specific color artwork in a double CD jewel case or DVD case. Here are some pictures of the items you might get : 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5

Q. How long does shipping take ?
A. I always send the item the same day the deal closes. Depending where you live, it can take from 5 to 7 business days for North America and 6 to 8 business days for International destinations. E-mail me for more information.

Q. What are the "A+" "B-" "C" under the "SOUND QUALITY" column in the "TOUR" section ?
A. It is the sound quality of the show. Let me explain. All the "A(-/+)" rated are soundboard shows. It means they were digitally recorded. All the "B(-/+)" were recorded by someone in the audience and all the "C(-/+)" were recorded either in a bad audience spot or outside the stadium. Here is a little table to help you understand :

QUALITY

DESCRIPTION

A+

Awesome quality soundboard. Comparable to professionnal recordings. Best quality.

A

Very good quality soundboard. Often these are old recordings, but still sound great.

A-

Good quality soundboard. Usually old recordings with a few recording flaws here and there, almost unnoticable. Very much worth buying.

B+

Awesome audience recording. You almost dont hear the crowd at all . Very worth buying.

B

Very good audience recording. the sound is very clear but sometimes can hear people talking and the crowd screaming in between songs.

B-

Less good quality audience recording. Hard to hear the singer's voice, people screaming very often, music sounds far away.
